That Hidden $20,000 Wallet? Already Found — But the Hunt's Not Over
Let's build something awesome — literally.
Well, that was fast.
Bank of Utah's 4th annual Where's the Wallet Cash Quest kicked off July 14, hiding a wallet somewhere in Utah worth $20,000 — $10,000 for the finder to keep, and $10,000 to a local charity of their choice. Less than a week later, the bank has announced the wallet has already been found, and the finder, their chosen charity, and how they cracked the clues will all be revealed Monday. (Last year's hunt lasted a then-record 10 days, so this year's questers were on another level.)
But don't hang up your treasure-hunting boots yet — the side quests are still live. Hidden piggy banks are stashed around Utah, and cracking those clues unlocks a custom leather wallet from Stock & Barrel plus a two-night getaway at Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah, complete with a round of golf.
